GNIDA's own List of Notified Villages names Rithori (रिठौरी), tehsil Dadri, district Gautam Buddh Nagar, under notification 7436भा.उ./XVIII-11-107भा./85 of 28-01-1991; notification 3146/LXXVII-4-2006-214 Bha-05 of 14-06-2006. Being notified puts the village inside GNIDA's development area: GNIDA plans it, and land in it reaches buyers only through GNIDA's own schemes. Nothing in Rithori is on offer from GNIDA.
