Chhapraula, Greater Noida: GNIDA notified village - nothing on offer right now

GNIDA's own List of Notified Villages names Chhapraula (छपरौला) - part east of the railway line in the 2006 entry, tehsil Dadri, district Gautam Buddh Nagar, under notification 413भा.उ../18-11-94-107भा./85 of 21-02-1994; notification 3146/LXXVII-4-2006-214 Bha-05 of 14-06-2006. Being notified puts the village inside GNIDA's development area: GNIDA plans it, and land in it reaches buyers only through GNIDA's own schemes. Nothing in Chhapraula is on offer from GNIDA. None of the 180 plots and flats in its 13 schemes of 2024-2026 is in the village, and GNIDA has no scheme open.
