Antop Hill, Mumbai: MHADA colony and EWS project, Wadala - nothing on offer right now

Antop Hill, on the Wadala side, is a MHADA estate - the Mumbai Board's list carries it as Antop Hill-Wadala Shiwadi under Estate Manager V - and it is also one of MHADA's larger construction sites. The scheme MHADA describes there is EWS-I and transit type: 925 tenements proposed on transit camp land across survey numbers in the Matunga division, all of them 1 BHK, in three carpet sizes MHADA prints as 273.62, 299.99 and 303.01 sq ft. Progress is partial and MHADA says so - Building 3 wings A to D under construction, Building 4 begun, Building 6's plan approved. EWS and transit tenements are allotted to eligible households and to families displaced by repairs, not sold on the open market, so nothing here appears in a MHADA lottery.
