HSIIDC's estate at Sirsa appears in its own records as IIDC Sirsa - an Integrated Infrastructure Development Centre in the far west of Haryana, close to the Punjab and Rajasthan borders and a long way from the Delhi belt where most of HSIIDC's demand sits. It is on HSIIDC's list of industrial estates, which caps an estate at 1,500 acres. What it put to auction here was mixed rather than purely industrial: a shop, a booth, an SCO site and one industrial plot, each with its own reserve price below as HSIIDC published it. Sirsa is one of the smaller lines on this site and it is here because HSIIDC advertised these four, not because a market is pulling at it.
