Naharpur Kasan, Gurugram: village in IMT Manesar - nothing on offer right now

Naharpur Kasan is not a separate industrial estate and it is on neither of HSIIDC's two lists. It is a revenue village in Manesar whose land was acquired for IMT Manesar: the Supreme Court's 2021 judgment on that acquisition names the villages as Bas Khusla, Bas Haria, Dhana, Manesar, Naharpur Kasan, Kasan and Khoh, for IMT Manesar Phases II, III and IV. So an address at Naharpur Kasan is an address inside the IMT Manesar belt, and Uno Minda's lighting division is one unit the Haryana Water Resources Authority records there. A buyer should know how long that acquisition has been contested. It ran for close to two decades and went to the Supreme Court, with repeated remands over what the land was worth; the court fixed compensation for Naharpur Kasan and Kasan at Rs 39,54,666 an acre, against Rs 59,31,999 for Manesar village, and recorded that landholders in three villages had already been paid roughly Rs 750 crore in excess which they were permitted to keep. Those are 2021 compensation figures for land taken in 2002-03, not a market rate and not a price for anything. HSIIDC has nothing on offer at Naharpur Kasan; what it sells in this belt, it sells as IMT Manesar.
