What GMADA has put up for auction

GMADA sells in advertised e-auction rounds and by draw, and on 3 October 2026 its own Schemes page read 'Currently Schemes are not available'. Its last advertised round ran 20 July to 19 August 2026 and it has published no result for it. What it does publish is the vacant column of its property system - 220 schemes and 10,791 properties, Eco City and Sector 66 Beta the largest among them - and that is on this page as a register. The next round GMADA advertises becomes a scheme page with the sites in it.

Every GMADA scheme with something still vacant in it

GMADA's own property system puts 10,791 properties across 220 schemes in the vacant column on 03-Oct-2026 - 8,503 residential, 1,469 commercial, and 819 institutional, industrial or carrying no usage on its own usage report. It is the largest block of vacant government stock on this site.

Nothing here is open for application. PUDA and the six regional authorities sell by e-auction on puda.enivida.com, in rounds they advertise and then close, and on 3 October 2026 there was no round running. Three readings taken that day agree: the portal's own Live Auctions list, opened by hand, showed none; and the Schemes page of GMADA, GLADA and BDA Bathinda each read "Currently Schemes are not available". A vacant property here is stock between rounds, and this page will carry the next round as a scheme the day one of those three pages announces it.

Said precisely, because it is the kind of claim that goes stale: the portal's live, published and closing-soon lists each need a CAPTCHA, which this site does not answer, so what is written above is a reading taken on 3 October 2026 and not a live check. The authorities' own Schemes and notice pages need no CAPTCHA and are watched instead.

GMADA's projects by the names people use for them

GMADA's property system names a scheme the way its own books do - "Eco City", "Sector 66 Beta", "Purab Premium Apartments-I". Buyers use the project name. Each line below says what GMADA has published about a project and what its own vacant column holds for it, and a project with nothing in that column is named as a project and offered as nothing.

What GMADA last put up, and when

20.07.2026 12:00 to 19.08.2026 14:00, revised 05.08.2026. Premium properties at SAS Nagar: 4 commercial, 2 hospital, 3 hotel, 11 mixed land use, 1 petrol pump, 14 SCO and 1 booth site, as the advertisement counts them. The list's own SCO and booth block totals ₹44.20 crore; its mixed-land-use sites are priced separately, the largest being Sector 62 at ₹1,214.16 crore. Allotment on 10 per cent payment of the bid, cess extra; 15 per cent rebate on a lump sum deposited within 90 days of allotment. The round has closed and GMADA has published no result for it, so none is stated here.

About GMADA

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority is PUDA's regional authority for the Mohali region - SAS Nagar, Kharar, Banur, Dera Bassi, Lalru, Zirakpur and Mullanpur, the town marketed as New Chandigarh. It prepares and enforces the master plans for those towns, develops urban estates, licenses colonies and runs land-pooling schemes in which a landowner gives land and takes developed plots back.

How GMADA allots

By e-auction on puda.enivida.com for commercial, institutional and premium sites, by draw of lots for its residential plot and flat schemes, and by entitlement for land pooling, where the plot goes to the landowner who surrendered the land. Its e-auction policy is the notification of 20 February 2025 and its auction terms are the amended conditions of October 2024.

Per round. The July 2026 advertisement offered allotment on 10 per cent payment of the bid amount with cess extra, and a 15 per cent rebate on a lump sum paid within 90 days of allotment.

What buyers get wrong with GMADA

• A property in the vacant column is stock between rounds, not an open offer, and GMADA's own Schemes page said so on the day this page was built.
• Whether a round is open is read from the authorities' own Schemes and notice pages, which need no CAPTCHA, and not from the auction portal's live list, which does. On 3 October 2026 all of them said the same thing: nothing open. The portal's list was also opened by hand that day and was empty.
• 714 of GMADA's 10,791 vacant properties carry no usage on its own usage-type reports. They are shown without one rather than classified here.
• Sector 87 and Sector 123 are searched heavily against this domain and GMADA's vacant register names neither, so this page claims nothing about them.
• Banur and New Chandigarh are in GMADA's area and it publishes their master plans, but the vacant register names no scheme at either, so neither is offered here.
