- Location: KDA's flat booklet maps Shatabdi Nagar in south-west Kanpur off Shatabdi Road and a 45 m wide road, near Ratanpur colony and Power House colony, west of Kalpi Road and the Kalyanpur-Panki road; Jawaharpuram lies to its north. KDA's 2022 slides list a new 45 m road giving direct access to Amrit Enclave, Shatabdi Nagar and Mahaveer Nagar.
- Metro: UP Metro Rail Corporation's own Kanpur station list shows one line (Line 1) with 14 stations marked 'Station Open', in order: IIT Kanpur, Kalyanpur, SPM Hospital, Vishwavidyalaya, Gurudev Chauraha, Geeta Nagar, Rawatpur, LLR Hospital, Motijheel, Chunniganj, Naveen Market, Bada Chauraha, Naya Ganj and Kanpur Central. Stations beyond Kanpur Central towards Naubasta, and the CSA to Barra-8 corridor, were not on that list on the day it was read.

Why does the ground floor cost more?
KDA prices Sulabh Awas ground-floor flats higher, for example ₹17,67,800 against ₹12,99,800 upstairs in Ganga, and draws ground and upper floors separately.
Is Aman Enclave in Phase-1 or Phase-2?
KDA's vacant list and booklet say Phase-2; its flat table says Phase-1. Both are KDA documents.
What is KDA's plot rate here?
₹36,900 per sq m in KDA's December 2024 list, and a minimum reserve of ₹40,000 per sq m for 112.5-200 sq m residential plots in the July-August 2026 auction. KDA publishes no auction results, so what plots actually sold for is not known.
