- How it is laid out: DDA's 2026 flat list places MIG flats in Pocket A (26-C, 53-D) and Pocket F (90/C, 173/C) and an LIG flat in Pocket C (C58, Type-F).
- Who maintains it: In a 2026 NGT case about a park in Nand Nagri's E-2 block, the applicant's counsel said maintenance of the colonies in this area passed from DDA to the MCD from 1 June 1988 and that DDA's zonal plan marks the plot as green land. These are the petitioner's statements as reported, not findings.
- Roads: The 1.4 km six-lane Nand Nagri flyover at the Gagan Cinema junction opened on 28 September 2025. An underpass at the Loni roundabout is planned to make the Wazirabad Road corridor signal-free.
- Metro, nearby: The Pink Line ring from Majlis Park to Maujpur-Babarpur opened on 8 March 2026 with stations including Yamuna Vihar and Bhajanpura. No source found names a Nand Nagri station or states its distance.
