Tulsi Niketan is a GDA housing scheme on the Delhi border in Ghaziabad, built in 1989-90: 288 LIG and 2,004 EWS homes, 60 shops and 18 halls on 7.5 hectares between Wazirabad Road, Som Bazaar Road and Tulsi Niketan Road. GDA says the buildings are no longer structurally safe, and in July 2025 it invited consultants for their in-situ redevelopment.
