- Mandola village, in the Loni area of Ghaziabad on the Delhi border. UPAVP lists it as one of its two Ghaziabad schemes, with Siddharth Vihar.
- Expressway: Mandola Vihar Yojna is one of the two places the Government of India names as a purpose of the Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor. Its backgrounder says Section 1, Akshardham to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, is built in two packages - 14.75 km in Delhi, of which 6.4 km is elevated, and 16.85 km in Uttar Pradesh, of which 11.2 km is elevated - and that the corridor "aims to decongest the North East Delhi and also enhance the development potential of Tronica city, Mandola Vihar Yojana of Government of Uttar Pradesh". Neither PIB nor NHAI has published a date on which this section opened to traffic, in what we have read.
- Expressway, at Mandola: The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways says a private structure at Mandola blocks only a 90 m stretch of the service road next to Ramp-5, and not the main carriageway. Until it is cleared, vehicles leaving by Ramp-5 are routed through Mandola Vihar Yojna's own internal road. That is traffic through the scheme, past the plots on offer.
- Nearest metro: Shiv Vihar, the last station of the Delhi Metro Pink Line, opened 31 October 2018. About 8.7 km from Mandola, as reported in 2020.
- Metro extension: A Pink Line extension from Shiv Vihar to Mandola is planned, not confirmed. We have found no DMRC, GDA or Uttar Pradesh government document approving it, sanctioning money for it or ordering construction; the reports trace back to a January 2020 request for a detailed project report. Do not price a plot on it.
- Maintained by: UPAVP maintains the community centre, water supply and street lights across all sectors of the scheme, with its own engineers named for it.
