Payment plan
- At auction close 10% of the quoted bid, EMD adjustedFailure forfeits the EMD

- The entire due amount including TDS must clear inside the window to earn the rebate
- SC allottees receive a further 20% rebate on industrial plot cost; OBC 10%
- 4 equal half-yearly instalments over two years, due 30 June and 31 December
- Interest at 12% per annum from the date possession is offered
- Institutional and commercial allottees must furnish four bank guarantees totalling 50% of the bid price
- Two missed instalments make the plot liable to resumption
