Four changes

Timeline moved to the list card. Every scheme now shows launch → registration → EMD → auction → result with the countdown, so a buyer triages five schemes without opening any. The detail page keeps a single status line instead, which is what was making it feel crowded.

Assets are grouped. Same location plus same published designation collapses into one row with an area and price range. 708 individual assets become 80 rows — DDA alone drops from 582 to 34. Panchkula TP Booth (DS) is one row, not two.

Third screen: asset group detail. Tap any row for the full picture — unit count, area and price bands, EMD, rate per sq.ft, area basis, possession status, and every individual unit with its number, floor and map link.

Links and videos tab. Apply link, official scheme page, auction portal, all documents, and a curated video list with an add-video slot for your editors.

Why grouping is the right default

Ranges beat repetition

Grouping is not only tidier — it changes what the screen can tell a buyer.

A range answers the real question. "Booth in Panchkula TP: 23–33 sq.m, ₹19.28 L–₹28.03 L, 2 available" is what someone decides on. Two near-identical rows made them read twice to learn the same thing.

Bahadurgarh is the strongest case. 31 SCO plots at identical 144 sq.m and identical price were 31 rows of the same numbers. Now one row, and the group detail lists all 31 plot numbers where the authority published them.

Grouping key is location + published designation, not asset class. Grouping on class alone would merge LIG and MIG apartments in Rohini into one meaningless row. The authority's own category is the honest boundary.

Videos are now the cheapest gap to close. The tab, list layout and add-slot are built. A keyword search on scheme name plus authority returns results today — it needs a person to curate, because a wrong deadline in an unofficial explainer is worse than no video at all.
