What MDA publishes
A 96-page brochure: rules in Hindi, then an English annexure per category with Sl.No, sector/pocket, property no., area in sq.m, property type, reserve rate per sq.m, reserve cost, EMD and the minimum bid. Layout plans for each colony follow.
Things to know
EMD is published per plot and equals 10% of reserve on all 205. Reserve cost is area x rate for land, but NOT for built property - 12 convenience shops, a community centre and an HIG house carry a cost that includes construction. Plots are bid at a rate per sq.m; built shops are bid as a lump sum, and the annexure's last column means different things accordingly. The advertisement says 134 commercial plots; the annexure itemises 138. The 12% freehold charge is computed on the PLC-inclusive value, exactly as at LDA.
